You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and not violate any applicable laws and regulations

• Not upload or generate any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

• Not use the service for any commercial promotion or spam activities

• Protect the security of your account information and not share login credentials with others

• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

• Not attempt to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Terms of use for AI-generated content:

• We use advanced large language models to generate speeches and related content

• AI-generated content is for reference and practice use only and does not constitute professional advice

• Users should independently judge the applicability and accuracy of AI-generated content

• We are not responsible for any errors, biases, or inaccurate information that may exist in AI-generated content

• Users have the right to edit and modify AI-generated content

• AI-generated content may be based on publicly available information and originality is not guaranteed

Recording function usage instructions:

• Recording function requires access to your microphone permissions

• Recording data is only processed and stored locally on your device

• Audio analysis is performed through our servers, but recording files are not permanently stored

• You can delete recording data at any time

• We use audio analysis technology to detect pauses, speech rate, and other indicators, but do not retain original audio content

• Voice recognition functionality may require sending audio data to third-party services for processing

Intellectual property statement:

• All content, functions, and interface designs of the SpeechEase platform are protected by intellectual property law

• User-generated speech content belongs to the user

• AI-generated content may be freely used by users but must comply with relevant laws and regulations

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our proprietary technology

• Copyright of mind maps and analysis reports belongs to users

Service termination terms:
